Stormgate Launches Today, Featuring DLSS 3 & Reflex
Stormgate is the free-to-play real-time strategy game from the team at Frost Giant Studios, including developers who’ve worked on some of gaming’s most popular RTS games, such as Warcraft III and StarCraft II. For players who participated in Stormgate beta tests, backed the game’s massively successful Kickstarter, or pre-ordered on the official website, Stormgate goes online at 11 a.m. PT today. And on August 13th, everyone’s invited to play with the official free-to-play Steam launch.
In Stormgate, you'll explore an ever-evolving story through thrilling campaign missions where science fiction and fantasy collide. Alternatively, battle opponents around the world on the competitive 1v1 ladder, or team up with your friends to challenge the AI in the 3-player co-op modes.
Developed in Unreal Engine 5, Stormgate sets itself apart from past RTS games with unmatched responsiveness and features rollback technology for smooth online play. Stormgate supports high-resolution HD visuals at 4K, with hundreds of units on-screen in epic, large-scale wars across a variety of maps and tilesets.
To ensure performance is maximized when you’re playing at the highest resolutions and detail levels, and latency is minimized, Stormgate is launching with day-one support for DLSS 3 and Reflex.
At 4K, with every setting maxed out, Stormgate’s performance is multiplied by 1.8X on average thanks to DLSS 3, enabling most configs to play at super fast, super fluid frame rates.
Call of Duty Season 5 Available Now: Enhance Your Experience With DLSS 3, DLAA & Reflex
Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® III and Call of Duty®: Warzone™ players can now drop into Season 5. Headlining the season is the return of the Superstore in Urzikstan, giving players new territory and loot to fight over in Call of Duty: Warzone. Meanwhile, two new Multiplayer Core 6v6 maps are coming to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, along with three cel-shaded and vibrant variants. Also included are four free base weapons, six Aftermarket parts, the mid-season return of Resurgence Supreme to Rebirth Island, the arrival of Valeria and Ivan Alexxeve as Battle Pass Operators, plus an impressive roster of new guest characters.
And mid-season, prepare to abandon all hope as you make your way towards the climactic conclusion and the final boss of the Zombies co-op campaign.
In Call of Duty: Warzone, DLSS 3 increases frame rates up to 379 FPS on GeForce RTX 40 Series GPUs, boosting performance past CPU bounded limits and enabling you to run at the highest available refresh rates on the fastest monitors, which can increase motion clarity, aim responsiveness, and the speed at which you see enemy players.
And with NVIDIA Reflex, GeForce gamers can reduce PC latency by up to 28% in Call of Duty: Warzone, making gameplay even more responsive.
Alternatively, enable DLAA to take image quality to 11, while retaining the latency reduction offered by Reflex. DLAA is an AI-based anti-aliasing mode that utilizes the same technology developed for DLSS, but instead uses a native resolution image to maximize image quality, rather than boosting performance, for an even richer experience.
Nobody Wants to Die Available Now With DLSS Super Resolution
Lose yourself in the dystopian world of 2329 New York in Nobody Wants to Die, a new interactive detective game. Play as Detective James Karra, who risks it all in pursuit of a serial killer targeting the city’s elite. Investigate crime scenes using his time manipulation augmentation and advanced technology to reconstruct events leading up to each murder and uncover clues that lead to the horrifying truth behind the murders.
Nobody Wants to Die is available now enhanced with DLSS Super Resolution, accelerating performance for GeForce RTX gamers.
